Meet the new CUPE EWBT!

The Canadian Union of Public Employees Education Workers’ Benefits Trust (the CUPE EWBT) provides 55,000 CUPE education workers across Ontario (and their families) with comprehensive life, health and dental benefits. We are proud to have been selected by the CUPE EWBT to guide their rebrand and build their new website.

Communicating highly technical benefits concepts in a way that empowers members to take advantage of their benefits for their health is not easy. Many plan sponsors struggle to achieve this balance. The CUPE EWBT is incredibly dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of their members and knew that it was important to have their brand and communications connect deeply with members.

The CUPE EWBT design and structure was developed with the specific needs of CUPE Ontario education workers in mind. The site includes all the important information about their benefits, such as health and dental coverage, life insurance, and wellness programs — in plain language to support understanding.

Each page ensures easy navigation with clear calls to action, guiding members through plan details, claims processes, and updates. The user-friendly layout, combined with integrated partner resources, enhances the member experience and supports accessibility and engagement across devices.
